Return Policy

We want you to love what you ordered—but if something isn’t quite right, we’re here to help. Below you’ll find all the info you need about our return and refund process.

Return Eligibility

• Time Frame: Items must be returned within 30 days of delivery, and all returns must be shipped back within 2 weeks of return approval.

• Condition: Products must be unused and in original condition with all tags, accessories, and packaging intact. Items that have been clearly used will be refused and returned to the sender. If products have signs of minor wear and tear (scuffs, dirt, etc), they may be subject to a restocking fee of up to $30. 

• Non-Eligible: No returns/exchanges on sale or custom items. All customs and discounted items are final sale.
  
  

• Proof of Purchase/Return: Your order number is required to complete your return as well as a tracking number provided to us as proof of your return shipment.

Exchanges

• Eligibility: We only replace items if they are defective, damaged, or the incorrect size. Items must be returned for exchange within 30 days of delivery and must be shipped back within 2 weeks of exchange approval.
  

• Disclaimer: Depending on stock levels, replacements may be subject to availability.

Return Shipping

• Shipping Costs: You are responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item, unless the item arrived damaged or we made an error. If this is the case, please contact us at returns@solarrollerskateshop.com or through the contact form below.
  
  
• Tracking: You must provide us with your return shipment tracking number once you ship it as proof of return (and so we can keep an eye on it on its way back to us).

Refunds

• Approval Process: Once your return is received and inspected, we’ll notify you via email that we've received your item. If your return is approved, your refund will be processed back to your original payment method.

• Time Frame: Your refund will be issues within 1-3 days of refund approval. Please allow up to 7–10 business days for the refund to appear, depending on your bank or payment provider.

How to Start a Return/Exchange

• Fill out the form below or email us at returns@solarrollerskateshop.com to send us a message with your order number and reason for return.
  
  

• We’ll respond within 1-3 business days with instructions on how to return your item.

• Once we receive and inspect the return, we’ll process your refund or exchange accordingly.
