Processing Time & Packaging

Product Turnaround: All products are shipped within 3-5 business days of placing your order. If for some reason the shipment is delayed, we will contact you via email to touch base.
Safe & Secure: Everything is carefully packed and wrapped to ensure your order arrives safely without damage. You deserve your order to be in tip-top shape, so if an order arrives damaged, reach out to us at skatehappy@solarrollerskateshop.com, and we will work with you to find a solution!
Packaging: We strive to use eco-friendly packaging and will reuse packaging when possible. Our goal is to reduce waste and help the planet, one shipment at a time!

Shipping From: We ship all orders from Colorado Springs, Colorado, USA.
Carriers: We offer shipping through USPS and UPS, and you can select your preference at checkout. Once your package leaves our hands, it’s in the hands of that designated carrier. Any updates or issues regarding your package after shipment should be directed to the carrier directly.
Shipping Speed: Depending on your location, shipping times will vary. You can select your shipping speed during checkout and pick one that suits your fancy!
Shipping Costs: Shipping costs are based on the size and weight of your order and are calculated at checkout. We always aim to keep costs as low as possible, though shipping rates are out of our control unfortunately.
Tracking: A tracking number will be provided via email once your package has shipped, except for orders that include only stickers. Stickers are shipped via regular mail (stamps), which are not trackable.

Local Pickup Available: If you're in the Colorado Springs area, you can choose local pickup at checkout. After placing your order, we’ll email you when your product is ready for pickup and provide instructions on where to collect it. Because we don't have a physical shop location yet, we set up pick ups at local skateparks or at our home location.

Current Shipping Areas: For now, we only ship within the USA. Due to the current uncertainty with tariffs and international shipping, we’re playing it safe. We plan to expand to other parts of the world soon!
